We'll cover everything from scouring and dyeing to trying your hand at wet felting and spinning with a drop spindle. It’s a full-day introduction to the wool journey, perfect for anyone curious about turning raw fleece into beautiful, usable fiber.

Learn how to identify, skirt, and scour raw fleece in a supportive, farm-based setting. We'll work with real fleeces straight off the sheep and show you what makes a fleece worth saving—or tossing. This hands-on experience builds confidence from fleece to finished fiber.

Explore Felting, Dyeing & Spinning
From wet felting and needle felting to wool dyeing and drop spindle spinning, you’ll get a taste of it all. Try out traditional tools like carders and wheels while learning which fibers work best for each craft. It’s the perfect intro to the world of sheep’s wool.
